The Goldie Partner Program
Program Terms
How the Goldie Partner Program works: what counts, how you get paid, and how to share Goldie.
1. Who can join
Organizations and people who serve adults turning 65 or already on Medicare, such as employers, PEOs and HR providers, 55+ communities and HOAs, senior centers, property and casualty insurance agencies, gyms and fitness centers, real estate agents, golf and country clubs, and churches and faith communities. You must be at least 18 and located in the United States. Every application is reviewed, and approval is quick.
2. What counts as a Confirmed Referral
A referral is confirmed when all of these are true:
- The person reached Goldie through your link, QR code or partner code.
- They are turning 65, already on Medicare, or otherwise eligible for Medicare.
- They agreed to be contacted, and one of our licensed agents connected with them.
- They were not already working with Goldie or Keevia, or referred by someone else first.
Credit is never based on whether someone buys or enrolls in a plan.
3. What does not count
- Duplicates, or people already in our records.
- People who are not eligible for Medicare, give false information or ask not to be contacted before we reach them.
- People we cannot reach after reasonable attempts.
- Referrals from you, your employees or your household members about yourselves.
- Referrals obtained in breach of the Partner Agreement.
4. Referral statuses in your dashboard
- Received: We got your referral.
- Connecting: A licensed agent is reaching out.
- Confirmed: The referral meets the terms and earns credit in your next payout.
- Paid: The fee was sent to you.
- Not confirmed: The referral didn't meet these terms. No credit.
5. Fees and payments
- $50 per Confirmed Referral, or $25 for partners located in Tennessee, where state law caps referral fees.
- Referrals confirmed in a month are paid by the 15th of the next month.
- Payments go by direct deposit through Mercury after you complete payout setup, including a W-9.
- Fees earned before payout setup is complete are held until it is done.
6. How to share Goldie
Do:
- Use the messages, flyers and QR code in your dashboard, as written.
- Tell people that licensed agents can help them review their Medicare options, that it's free to talk, and there's no pressure.
- Write the name as Goldie™ the first time you mention it.
- Disclose that you may receive a referral fee when you share Goldie publicly.
Don't:
- Talk about specific plans, prices, benefits, carriers or doctors.
- Promise savings, or say anyone will qualify.
- Collect Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers or health information.
- Suggest Goldie is part of Medicare or the government.
- Cold call, mass text, buy lists, or offer gifts or money to people for contacting Goldie.
- Run your own ads or search ads using the Goldie or Keevia names, or the word "Medicare," without our written approval.
7. Referring someone directly
The best way is to give the person your link or QR code. If you send us someone's contact details instead, you confirm they asked you to and agreed to hear from a licensed Goldie agent.
8. Changes
We may update these Program Terms with at least 30 days' email notice. Changes never reduce fees for referrals that are already confirmed.
9. Questions
Email partners@keeviainsurance.com. Goldie is a program of Keevia Insurance, LLC, a licensed insurance agency. Not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.
